　　近期发生在西藏拉萨的骚乱事件实际上是大国利益交织的问题，是中国内部、亚太地区和国际各方力

量间角逐与较量的问题，西藏只是角力场。达赖不过是这场对决中一颗任人摆布的棋子。从时间、空间和

人物三个层面上折射出，这是一起精心策划的暴力事件。

　　众所周知，兴世瞩目的北京奥运会开幕式将于今年8月8日晚8时8分举行，这样的安排除反映了中国人

对“8”的偏爱外，还体现了北京为筹办一届“有特色、高水平”奥运会所费的周密心思和所做的细致工作

。美国等西方国家妄图借这一时机，通过干涉中国内政制造事端，大肆鼓吹“抵制奥运”的口号，图谋丑

化中国，阻挠中国发展，削弱中国国际竞争力，因为大家都知道：只有崛起的中国才能同美国抗衡。

　　中国境内有三股分裂势力，即“藏独”、“疆独”和“台独”。美国处心积虑地利用这些分裂势力制

衡中国，通过支持煽动反政府势力、指使利用宗教或进行意识形态渗透谋取战略利益，这些是美国等西方

大国的惯用伎俩，从东欧剧变、伊拉克库尔德武装行动、缅甸僧侣暴动一直到眼下的西藏骚乱，无疑都是

大国背后一手策划操控的，其险恶用心昭然若揭。

　　美国常拿人权问题滋事挑衅，此次西藏事件，中国已表示坚决反对任何国家用人权当借口干涉中国内

政，美国搬弄是非的恶劣行径是不会得逞的。中国还忠告美国多花点心思解决好本国人权问题，不要用双

重标准为自己辩护，不要一味对别国指手画脚。

　　如果世界上哪一个国家在人权方面应该受到指责，则非美国莫属，美国是最需要自我反省和自我批评

的国家，因为只有美国才是世界上践踏人权最严重的国家。
