    <description><![CDATA[<P><STRONG>呼吸配合动作将事半功倍<BR><BR></STRONG>　　呼吸是我们的生命，没有呼吸就没有生命迹象。把这句话放在瑜伽体位法中，同样非常确切。若是呼吸得不好、不顺，即使动作做得再漂亮，效果也会打折的。<BR><BR>　　为什么这么说呢？举例来说，若是在做后仰动作时，因为脖子紧张，呼吸会变得不顺，这个姿势停留没有多久，就会觉得换不过气来，头有点昏昏的。这就是因为呼吸不良造成身体不适的自然反应。<BR><BR>　　但是，有没有注意到，有些动作，因为吸吐配合得好，即使原本觉得很难的动作，也能变得稍为好做一点呢？像是前弯的动作，您若是能在吐气时，才往前弯去，会比较好做一些些。相反地，若是吸气或是闭气做相同的动作，您会发觉好象卡住一样。<BR><BR><B>呼吸与动作配合的原则</B><BR><BR>　　虽然知道呼吸要与动作配合，但是，要怎么做会比较顺呢？以下有几个很简单的原则： <BR>　　1、将身体折下（前弯类）的动作吐气为佳。<BR>　　2、打开前胸（以后仰为代表）的动作吸气为佳。&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR>　　3、扭转类的动作也是吐气来做。&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR>　　4、短暂闭气时不要做动作。&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </P>
<P><BR>　　但瑜伽的动作不是只有单一的停留式，还包括准备式与离开式，因此吸吐是一气呵成的。比如：做前弯时，先吸气把脊椎拉长、胸打开来(准备式)，吐气往前弯，您可停留在这儿做几次呼吸换气，等到要往上回到原本的站姿(离开式)时，用吸气来配合。这一套才是完整的前弯式，而整个吸、吐才配合得好。<BR><BR>　　另外，我们若停留在某一个地方时，就千万不要憋气，要顺顺地呼吸，而且可以透过吐气时，让身体做得更深一点。拿扭转式来说吧，我们停在手与脚卡住，身体往后转去之后，就用自然呼吸法，可是在吐气时，可以把腹部再转紧一点，胸再打开一点，吸气时停在原地，只要拉长背脊就好了。如此可配合几次吐气时，把身体往后转更多过去。<BR><BR><B>遵守自然原则</B><BR><BR>　　聪明的朋友会发现后仰是以吸气为佳，但我在回答网友类似的问题时，却说＂吸气做扩胸拉长脊椎的预备式，吐气时往后仰，然后停在原地自然呼吸。这不是和我说的原则抵触吗？其实，我是考虑到若是吸气时后仰，很多人容易耸起肩膀，这样反而不利呼吸的顺畅（大家可以试试看），因此才建议说吐气时后仰较好。&nbsp; &nbsp; <BR><BR>　　换言之，我以上说的四个呼吸原则，都要以呼吸顺畅的自然呼吸为最高原则，可不要死记这些准则，反而让动作变得不顺畅了！</P>]]></description>
