 I agree with your opinion.English is a kind of language ,we should practice more ,express what we want to express .Gradually,we can use our own words to express our feelings ,and then communicate with foreigners.    
 By the way,i'd like to state my opinion about "study English".Though many of us don't have the willingness to learn English,but we have to,because there are so many foreigners around us.No matter what line you are in,you may meet some problems with them.And the majority of these problems are you  can't communicate with them,especially these years -China had joined into the WTO communicity.In order to live a better life,we must try our best !
